Hey future flatmates, Hey! I’m Jaycob 👋

I’m a friendly, easy-going guy looking for a place with a good atmosphere and people. I’m clean, respectful and pretty laid-back, but I’m also social and enjoy having a chat, sharing a meal or having a few drinks and a laugh with housemates.

Outside of work, I’m into music, DJing and producing, training at the Gym and getting out and about. I love the Melbourne nightlife and underground music scene, so I’m definitely not looking for a super quiet or antisocial house.

I’m respectful of everyone’s space and understand that everyone has their own routines, but I’d ideally like a social house where people are comfortable hanging out together.

I’m reliable with rent and bills, keep common areas tidy and am easy to communicate with. Looking for somewhere I can feel settled and call home, with a good group of people and a positive vibe.
