I'm looking for a better quality of life for me and my son, our dog and cat. Priced out of the housing market as a single mom. Looking for a 3-4 bedroom house with a yard. Looking to team up with one other adult. I would pay two thirds of the rent to cover me and my son. Happy to pay a little more for the master bedroom. I come with a couch and a big tv.

About me: I’m a hard working professional with a very good job. I'm not your typical middle aged professional. I like to go out dancing or to live music, I like techno. I (as well as a more diverse musical tastes) I like to go to bush doofs. I also love camping and everything related to the arts.
I am clean, polite and respectful. I do My own thing but can also be communal if the chemistry is right. I don't mind a more social-able house or a more quiet house.

My son: 16 year old, mature for his age, bright and respectful. Working on getting his license so he can get a job or an apprenticeship.

The fur babies: I have an 10 year old calico cat. She just looks out the window and sleeps on my bed. We also have a 16 month old Australian cattle dog. Very sweet and friendly. Needs a yard though.
