I'm seeking a room available from 5th of October.

As the country manager for an international business, I primarily work from home. (office in Pyrmont) I have been staying in a temporary place for the last 3 months, after taking an extended vacation.

During my 6-year stay in Australia, I've lived both in shared homes and independently, prior to which I spent 4 years in Dubai with a flatmate.

Being financially stable, I can provide rent ledgers and bank statements for your peace of mind. I would prefer to lodge a bond with NSW Fair Trading and either sign a lease agreement as co-tenants with the landlord or establish a sub-lease agreement with the existing tenant, depending on the circumstances.

I'm open to a lease term of either 3 or 4 months and would prefer a quiet, fully furnished space. I'm also willing to consider short-term subletting if that's an option.

A room sizable enough to double as a workspace is crucial for me. As for parking, it isn't a necessity as I have a spot in Pyrmont.
