37, French, working full-time as a head sommelier and been living in Australia for almost 15 years. (now dual citizen). Looking for a place to Sydney mid-September/October (already have job options lined up).
Also working as a remote beverage consultant and studying a diploma of Leadership & Management, so pretty busy boy !

I’m easygoing, respectful and pretty independent. I enjoy a quiet, clean home during the week, but also up for the occasional wine, pub night or day road trip (I have a car)
I have lived in a few different share houses, always paid rent on time, clean, and considerate of others’ space.
Looking for a calm, friendly household rather than a party house.
Into wine, cultural outings, gym, walks, and just enjoying a simple routine.
I have a car so a parking spot would be awesome, although not a deal breaker for the right place.
Bonus if there’s a doggo 🐶
