34, French, working full-time as a head sommelier and been living in Australia for almost 15 years. (now dual citizen). Moving to Sydney mid-June/early July (already have job options lined up).

I’m easygoing, respectful and pretty independent — I enjoy a quiet, clean home during the week, but also up for the occasional wine, pub night or day road trip (I have a car)
I have lived in a few different share houses — always paid rent on time, clean, and considerate of others’ space.
Looking for a calm, friendly household rather than a party house.
Into wine (obviously), gym, walks, and just enjoying a simple routine.
