What I'm looking for:
Budget: Ideally anywhere between $200 to $300 per week.
Location: Anywhere within a 30-40 minute commute to Melbourne CBD. Can do furnished or unfurnished.
Stay Duration: Anywhere from 3 to 6 months (dates also flexible).
Move-in: Immediate or as soon as next week (dates flexible).

ABOUT ME:

Originally from Ballarat, I've called Melbourne home for a while now, having completed my studies here (3 degrees over 6 years), and later obtaining over five years of experience working different jobs all over Australia. 

Over the years, I've lived in a diverse range of shared accommodations both in Melbourne and interstate, so I understand the dynamics of sharehouse living and value respectful and positive relationships with housemates from all walks of life.

You can count on me to be a clean, responsible, and considerate housemate. I'm friendly and social, open minded, always pay my rent and bills promptly, and I'm a non-smoker. I don't have any pets and also will not require car parking due to my car-free lifestyle. In my spare time, I enjoy sports, cooking, and exploring melbourne.
