**Quiet Flatshare Wanted | Remote IT Pro | Gym/Pool Preferred**

Hi! I’m Stefan, a remote/hybrid IT Cloud Engineer & Web Developer looking for a medium to long-term flatshare in the city, Waterloo, Zetland, Hurstville or nearby areas.

I’m after a quiet, clean, health-conscious home with 2–3 flatmates, though 4 may be fine. I likely won’t be there full-time, as I’m often out day and night, attend tech meetups in the CBD, and sometimes stay with my partner.

Ideally looking for:
* Own room, private bathroom a bonus
* Gym/pool access or nearby aquatic centre
* Close to train, shops and supermarket
* Bike parking preferred; no car space needed
* Minimal stairs if possible
* Okay with quiet late-night laptop work and light snacking

About me: I’m easygoing, tidy, health-focused, into gym, swimming, e-biking, tennis and badminton. I mostly cook simply or get delivery, like peaceful vibes, and enjoy a clean shared home. Cat-friendly too, though I don’t have one.

Budget: Ideally up to $400/week, flexible to $450/week for the right quiet place with bills, gym/pool access, or strong transport links.
