Hey! I'm James, 33, a Kiwi that’s also gay and currently living in Melbourne and making the move to Brisbane for a new job in real estate, starting on 7th September. So now I'm on the hunt for a great place to live—and, ideally, some awesome people to live with.

A little about me... I'm friendly, reliable, easygoing, and always up for an adventure. If I'm not at work, you'll probably find me at the gym, out exploring, at the beach, hiking, or saying "yeah, why not?" to trying something new.

I'm also that housemate—the one who actually cleans up after himself. I genuinely enjoy a tidy home, so you won't find passive-aggressive notes on the fridge or mysterious science experiments growing in the kitchen because of me.

I'm hoping to find a house with people who are down-to-earth, enjoy a laugh, and are keen to hang out every now and then. Whether it's a couple of beers, a BBQ, a Sunday iced matcha, or just putting the world to rights after work, it'd be great to live with people who become mates, not just names on the Wi-Fi bill.

Bonus points if you're willing to be my unofficial Brisbane tour guide... but don't worry, I promise not to ask you to carry my boxes. (Well... maybe just one. 😅)
