About me:
- Have lived in and ran share houses for years. Therefore, I have a deep understanding of respecting people and spaces.
- Disciplined and clean up after myself to maintain a clean and harmonious environment for myself and others.
- I don’t smoke, vape, do drugs or get drunk.
- Easy-going and happy to have a chat if we bump into each other around the house.
- Studying Bachelor of Education online.
- Enjoy motorcycle riding, the beach, and the occasional hike in the hinterland.
- I have my exceptionally well-behaved 4 year old daughter with me for 3 – 4 nights per week. She has lived in share houses for most of her life and understands the ins and outs of how it all works. We are often out at theme parks and the beach together.

What I am looking for:
- To live with other chill and self-disciplined people that are friendly, respect each other, and truly value a clean, peaceful living space.
- A safe and easily accessible place to park my motorcycle (garage or backyard). It is used daily as my main mode of transport so it must be secure and easy to access.
- Parking for my car on street, garage or driveway that is not metered or time limited.
