Hello, thanks for checking out my listing!

My 5 year old daughter and myself are looking to move to the Southport, Ashmore, Surfers Paradise, Bundall or Molendinar areas as she will be starting school around there next year. She is with me 3-4 nights per week.

About me/us:
- Have lived in and ran share houses for years. We have a deep understanding of respecting people and shared spaces.
- Disciplined and clean up after ourselves to maintain a clean and harmonious environment.
- Easy-going and always happy to have a chat if we bump into each other around the house, but also give each other space.
- Studying a Bachelor of Education online and working.
- Enjoy motorcycle riding, the beach, and the occasional hike in the hinterland.

What I am looking for:
- To live with other chill and self-disciplined people that are friendly, respect each other, and value a clean, peaceful living space.
- Parking on street, garage or driveway that is not metered or time limited.
