🌞 Hello Future Sydney Flatmates!
We’re Ellie (30) & Vlad (32) – an active, fun, easy-going, social, and tidy couple looking for a new place to call home in Sydney 🏡
👋 About Us
• Ellie Melbourne-born Osteopath working full-time in Bondi Junction & Randwick, recently moved to Sydney to help Vlad survive the concrete jungle and soak up the beach life 🏖️
• Vlad, originally from Ukraine, raised in Italy, and soon-to-be Aussie 🇦🇺, and moved to Sydney in January for postgrad studies at UNSW while taking a break from the corporate world.
We’ve both lived and travelled across Europe and been based in Brisbane since 2020. We are now excited to explore everything Sydney has to offer — from coastal walks to mountain hikes and road trips. We’re clean, respectful, and considerate — love a tidy home, good vibes, and a friendly chat or board game over a glass of wine 🍷.
In our free time:
🏊‍♂️ Vlad loves swimming, running, F1 & MotoGP, and cooking (he’s a former chef and always happy to spoil housemates with pasta & wine 🍝🍷)
💪 Ellie is a Pilates instructor, loves going to the gym, reading a good book and trivia nights.
☀️ Together, we love the beach, weekend getaways, and discovering Sydney’s hidden gems — from sunset bars to coastal cafes.
🏠 What We’re Looking For
• A room around $700/week
• Ideally in Randwick, Kensington, Bondi Junction, Coogee, Bondi Beach, Redfern, or Darlinghurst
• Undercover or visitor parking for a small motorbike 🛵
• Own bathroom
• Flexible move-in and length of stay (ideally for 6–12 months) move in early December
• Friendly, like-minded housemates who enjoy good company and ideally become friends!
