Hi all,

I am a Ph.D. candidate searching for a quiet, warm, and light-filled one-bedroom home (private unit/studio/apartment), where I can work on my thesis, relax and regenerate. Ideally, the space will be situated away from loud traffic. I have all the basic furnishing (bed, desk, dining table and chairs, sofa, washing machine). I would prefer a self-contained unit/granny flat - but am open to teaming up with a like-minded individual to find the perfect property to rent.

My research is focused on native Australian bees and ways to increase bee diversity in agricultural landscapes. When I am not busy studying, I enjoy hiking, drawing, and cooking. I am a friendly, respectful, and considerate neighbor and tenant. I do not smoke. I don't have any pets or children. I can provide references and have a fixed income (although very modest).
