My names CJ/Charles. I’m a 25-year-old guy looking for a private room in a sharehouse - comfortable sharing with people of any gender. I don't mind sharing a bathroom.

I have one small cat, Xiuxiu, who is very sweet, inside only and mostly just sleeps. She's approximately 8 years old.

I like games, pets, creative stuff and watching tv shows and movies. I always pay my bills/rent/etc on time. I’m a tidy, organised and friendly guy who enjoys socialising but also very much enjoys my private space - more than happy to just match the vibe of the house. I have my own bedroom furniture and some household items. I have a car but don't mind Street parking.

Location is super flexible, just somewhere in Brisbane. My current budget is 325ish max, but flexible
