Hi potential future housemate(s),

My landlord wants my room back for family and I am now looking for a new place to live. Move in date is flexible and can be moved forward or back slightly for the right place. I'm looking for a long term place so a 12 month lease is ideal but this can also be negotiated.

A bit about myself:

I am working full-time as a research scientist at the University of Melbourne and generally work on-campus from Monday to Friday, although I do WFH every now and then (once a fortnight or less). I travel a fair bit for work, around 5 times a year for about one week at a time.

When I am not at work I enjoy running, playing badminton, cooking, exploring new restaurants and bars, hiking, and reading. I sometimes watch Netflix to unwind after work.

In terms of living arrangements, I am a neat and clean person, and have lived with housemates since I was 19. I am generally quiet and reserved but would ideally want to live at a place where I can be friends with my housemates. I don't have a car and don't have pets (I love dogs though!). I also stay over at my boyfriend's place a few days a week, and he will occasionally come over too.
