***We are looking for Team Ups to find a whole house and go on the lease together in North Eastern Naarm/Melbourne OR anyone breaking a lease***
Details:
* We are open to finding a place with a yard and lawn in a large region of North East Melbourne from Thornbury /Heidelberg, through to Eltham etc and even out to Diamond Creek for a bush retreat worth the travel.
*Up to $750 per week for the WHOLE house so you would ONLY be paying PART of this total.
* We're looking for a pleasant home... Preferably something lush and charming with decent sized bedrooms. We are keen to create a home together to relax and thrive in.
* We are two kind, funny and clean 40+ females with lots of plants.
πOne of us comes with a loveable, well behaved and professionally trained dog, Hazel (pictured).
Unfortunately due to allergies we can't live with a cat.
π₯ You would preferably be experienced with communal living, with decent communication skills and at least working part time/ studying.
π₯ We'd love folks who are up for a laugh and at least partially social.
Someone laid back but also who doesn't take the piss π
