Hi, I’m Joel. I’m moving to Canberra soon to start a new role at Government House, and I’m looking for a place to call home.

I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a relaxed, friendly household—happy to chat over dinner or a drink, but also enjoy my own space and am comfortable doing my own thing.

Outside of work I’m into good food, wine, coffee, and getting outdoors. I love watching AFL and am a big North Melbourne tragic (became a fan when I lived in Canberra for a few years as a kid back when North were based at Manuka), and I’m really looking forward to exploring Canberra—and, somewhat surprisingly, the colder weather as well.

I’m not a party person—more into a calm, comfortable home environment. Looking for a place where people are considerate, easy to live with, and keep things reasonably clean.
