Hey! I'm Emmanuel, a 22-year-old Law/Psychology student at UNSW looking for someone to share a 2-bedroom with near Kensington or the surrounding area.

I'm pretty low-maintenance as a flatmate. I keep to myself when I need to study, keep shared spaces tidy, and I'm someone you can count on when it comes to rent, bills, and general house stuff. Reliability matters a lot to me so I'm looking for someone who feels the same way.
Outside of uni I'm into fitness and wellness, so home is usually a pretty calm and healthy environment. I'm not a big party person and I value having a space that actually feels like a home.

Who I'm looking for
Ideally someone around my age who's in a similar stage of life, studying or working, values their own space, and is easy to live with day to day. You don't need to be my best friend but it's a bonus if we click. Mutual respect and a clean, peaceful home is really all I'm after.
