Hi there!

I'm a 27-year-old who's starting a new job (coming from overseas) in Sydney University, splitting time between working in-office and from home 2-3x a week. I work in design/tech, which can get pretty busy so I tend to keep it relaxed and quiet during the working week. I'd like a calm and safe space to come back to.

I am used to living with 3 other people and would prefer a household of that size, or smaller. Tidy, clean, and considerate, I'm comfortable doing my part to keep spaces in good shape. I like to befriend others and would be happy to share a meal or hang out when time is right, but I also love my alone time and respect space. Sometimes, when things are really busy I go nonverbal (lol) and want me time to decompress.

Overall I'm pretty calm and easy-going, and like to keep things light-hearted. Common courtesy goes without saying so would love flatmates that give the same.

In my spare time I love wholesome activities like reading and going for walks. Also enjoy game and movie nights, banter included. But I also like to mix it up by seeing a fun show or trying out something new!

What I'm looking for:
- Move in by June 15 (latest date)
- Close to shops and transport, ideally under 30min commute to USYD
- Windowed sunlit space
- Housemates close to my age, 20s-30s
- Preferably an all-female or majority-female flat, non-smokers
