I’m a 22-year-old woman looking for a long-term room close to the city :) long as I put in a 28day notice I should be fine leaving my lease early

I recently finished uni, work in retail!!. I’m into art, animation, and creative projects. I don’t drink, smoke, or party :( I prefer a laid back place but don’t mind noise and some activity around.

I’m looking for a kind, chill household with people around my age who are friendly but also okay with having their own space. I’d prefer an unfurnished room, but I’m totally fine with furnished if needed.

Budget: $200–$250 per week
Looking for: Long-term lease, furnished or unfurnished room
