Hi Flatmates!
I’m Estefania, I’m 27 years old and I’ve been living in Sydney for 3.5 years.
I’m looking for a mature and peaceful environment, preferably all girls house.
I'm flexible with location as I work organising events with an agency and modelling with another agency, so I work at different venues in north Sydney, CBD and eastern suburbs.
I’m a tidy person who knows how to respect people’s space. I’m also definitely friendly and talkative, but I enjoy an environment where people don’t rely on their housemates 24/7 for sociability, as I’m a very independent person.
I also prefer a home structure where everyone has equal rights and responsibilities.
I’m ready to move in in the coming week.
I love all animals, specially dogs and cats. I’ve had a dog before and I’ve lived with several cats in shared houses.
