Hi everyone! I am currently a finishing off my Honours thesis in plant science and starting full-time as a graduate in the APS in February. My current lease is ending in early November due to the landlord moving back into our apartment, so I am ideally looking to have a place secured before or around mid October.

Outside of uni/work, I love baking, cycling, hiking and spontaneous outdoor adventures.

I am looking for a room in a sharehouse in any of the following suburbs in the Inner North/South or Belconnen CBD. An ensuite room would be preferrable, but not essential. I have a car and therefore require parking (either street/garage/carpark).

I am also open to finding a housemate (male or female), either a post graduate/later-year undergrad student or young professional to find an apartment/townhouse in the inner north/south or Belconnen CBD.

My ideal budget is around $250, but would happily pay up to $350 for the right place with the right people. I am ideally looking for a sharehouse/housemates who are tidy and clean and occasionally share dinner/drinks when timing permits.

I realise it is a bit early to be looking in August for two months time, but it coincides with my Honours thesis being due, so I am just trying to be organised and on the ball with my life admin.
