Hi there, my name is Lachlan.

I am a forty-seven year old male with a modest but steady and reliable income that ensures easy payment of rent and bills in my price range. I am currently looking for a quiet and friendly house to live in for the next twelve months but possibly longer if I find the right place.

I enjoy being around interesting people with varying views on life but I would not fit in at a house with far-left or far-right political ideologies. This would include ones that support Russia in their attempted conquest of the brave and innocent Ukrainian people, or the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in their threats to takeover the beautiful country of Taiwan, or who support any terrorist organisations like Hamas and the evil Iranian regime over our long suffering Jewish brothers and sisters - not to mention all the poor Palestinian and Persian people who desperately want freedom from their oppressors. Basically, no Useful Idiots.

Also, if you could use a live-in helper to assist with normal housekeeping duties such as cleaning, washing and basic garden maintenance in return for free or heavily subsidised rent and bills, please let me know.
