Budget: $250pw per person

Just looking for a short-term rental from 17 Nov to 20 Jan. Preferably a place with no more than 2 people in the house, just to keep things drama-free haha

Doesn’t have to be in the City, but somewhere close would be great (since I work mainly in the City). Most importantly, convenient access to public transport! I already have some basic furniture.

About Me:

🇲🇾 From Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Been studying IT here for 2 years.
• Just graduated, currently on a 485 visa, working full time in IT.
• Introverted and quiet, not the type to make noise.
• Responsible and easygoing, open communication, and always try to understand different perspectives.
• Don’t drink alcohol.
• Budget-conscious, so I do care about splitting bills fairly.
• Usually spend my free time watching shows or studying in my room.
• Friendly, happy to hang out, go for walks, or chat occasionally.
• Not a fan of conflicts, hoping for a peaceful and respectful living environment.

Looking for a Housemate:
• Male preferred.
• Non-smoker & drinks occasionally (Vapes are fine, but no cigarettes 🙇).
• Most important!! Clean and willing to share cleaning duties, especially the bathroom!
• Pays bills on time, no drama.
• Not too many overnight guests—one or two nights is fine, but just give a heads-up since utilities are split evenly.
• Keeps the noise level down at night—being mindful and respectful of each other.
