About me
I need to move back to Sydney due to cost of travelling back and forth for medical treatment and looking for a place near the hospital (Prince Of Wales) I get treatment to save money. I am seeking stable tenancy, somewhere close to amenities and public transport. I am quiet and respectful of others privacy and have always had good relationships with previous landlords and they’re happy to speak to that.
I currently rent a room from my cousin in my rural hometown and pay $200 rent on a fortnightly basis. Prior to that, I lived at U 115/26 city road Chippendale from 24/05/2021 to 07/07/2022 and paid $310 rent fortnightly.
I currently receive Centrelink benefits and receive $700 per fortnight so I feel/am confident a property with rent from $200-$300 weekly is within my affordability.
