Iyan

Hey, I'm Iyan (29M) and I looking for a change of scenery to call home. I currently live in the innerwest, which I have thoroughly enjoyed, and I am keen to stay in the area or move a bit closer to the coast.

I work fulltime (hybrid) in clinical research and generally an early riser. On the weekends, I'm always up for a good time and enjoy socialising, whether its out for a beer(s) or some food. With that said, I also equally value personal space and downtime, which I normally spend at the gym/running, by the beach, or just taking it easy at home.

I'm clean, tidy, and organised so I will always maintain a well kept space as well as respect the cleanliness of shared areas. Overall, I am very reliable and I will be easy to get along with.
