We are a mature, quiet and responsible couple looking ONLY for a fully self-contained place (granny flat, unit or studio).

We are NOT looking for a room or shared accommodation.

We need our own private space with separate entrance, kitchen and bathroom (no sharing).

I work full-time as a qualified mechanic in Seventeen Mile Rocks, and my husband works in professional cleaning with long-term clients across Brisbane. We both have stable income and a consistent routine.

We are very clean, respectful and easygoing. We don’t smoke, don’t party, and we always pay rent on time. We can provide references.

Preferred areas: Ipswich, Brisbane and nearby suburbs
Budget: up to $400/week (ideally including bills)
