I work full-time as a hospital phlebotomist, and I'm looking for a private living space of my own, such as a studio or granny flat. I'm able to provide a references for the last several years from my current landlord and previous property manager,

Looking to move in for any length of time, but more than happy to be flexible with longer or shorter dates if preferred.

I have a small and glorious dog called Pancake who turns 16 this year. He's a well behaved and friendly little gentleman who gets along with all people and pets. He's currently going deaf, so not much bothers him these days.

I'm a pretty easygoing, inclusive, and understanding person. I'm also receptive and respectful to any rules.
