Hiyoo future flatmate/s, I am looking for a place to stay for short term (October - January) with like-minded people in their late 20s - mid 30s who appreciate music, arts and culture overall. I am from Colombia. I am an architect by profession, chippie by trade and muso by passion.

My routine: I’m out early for work and usually come back home by dinner time. Then I chill out or workout, shower, bed.

Days Off: If possible, I'll arrange my days off when the rest of my flatmates are working to enjoy my solitude and recharge. I'll be sleeping till late, doing my washing, playing guitar, maybe going for a cycle to explore unknown spots or visiting friends.

When I'm in the mood: Out at some gig.

Qualities: Exceptionally clean and organized, respectful of personal space and common areas. Weed-friendly, cat-friendly, proficient in English, financially reliable.
