I am currently living in Sydney and plan to stay here long term. I’m looking for a rental for around 12 months, but I’m also open to shorter leases if needed.
Previously, I lived in Barcelona for two years where I rented a property, and I can provide references from both my former landlords in Spain and here in Sydney.
I’m quiet, clean person, very attentive and respectful of others’ privacy and have always had good relationships with my previous landlords and they’re happy to speak to that. They say I am a very good cook and above all I totally enjoy good food.
Although I enjoy socialising, I like my home to be a peaceful place.
