Namrin and Saran

Hi! We are Namrin and Saran, a couple seeking short-term accommodation for two weeks while we secure a permanent residence.

Our budget is $1,000 per week.

We are currently residing in Perth and will be relocating to Sydney on 20 February. I am a registered nurse with stable employment and have secured a full-time contract with a private hospital in Sydney. Saran will be commencing a Master of Pharmacy at the University of Sydney this semester and is financially supported by his parents in Thailand.

We are clean, tidy, and respectful tenants. We can provide all required documentation for rental purposes, including rental history, employment contract, statement of service, recent payslips, bank statements, and police checks.
