Hi, I’m Vincent. I’m relocating from Sydney to Brisbane for a full-time position at RBWH. I have stable employment and am looking for a long-term, private furnished room within approximately 30 minutes of RBWH by public transport (walking distance would be ideal).

I work full-time in healthcare and keep a fairly structured routine. Because of my work schedule, I value a quiet, clean, and well-maintained home environment. I’m very respectful of shared spaces, consistently clean up after myself, and take good care of the property I live in.

I’m responsible, reliable with rent and bills, and I don’t smoke or party, and generally live a calm and low-key lifestyle. In my spare time, I enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities like bushwalks, canyoning and climbing, and I tend to spend most of my time either at work or outdoors.

Move-in: Late March / Early April
Length of stay: Long-term preferred
Location: Within ~30 minutes of RBWH
Transport: Close to public transport and supermarkets preferred

- Internet included
- Shared kitchen/bathroom is fine
- Clean and tidy household
- Non-smoking, non-party home
