Hi, I’m Vincent 😊

I’m currently relocating from Sydney to Brisbane for a full time position at RBWH, and I’m looking for a long-term, private furnished room within 30 minutes of RBWH by public transport (walking distance would be ideal!).

I work as a registered nurse and keep a fairly structured routine, so I really value coming home to a quiet and clean space where I can decompress after shifts. I’m friendly and always happy for a chat or debrief when we’re both around, but I also respect personal space and downtime.

I enjoy cooking and meal prepping, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces. I always clean up after myself and take good care of the home. I’m naturally neat and tidy (sorry, I hate piles of dishes left in the sink!), and I’m always happy to contribute to keeping the house clean and organised.

I’m responsible and reliable with rent and bills, don’t smoke or party, and generally live a calm, low-key lifestyle. Outside of work, I love outdoor activities like bushwalking, camping, canyoning, and climbing, I’m often either at work or out exploring.

Move-in: March 29
Length of stay: Long-term preferred
Location: ~30 minutes of RBWH
Transport: Close to public transport and supermarkets preferred
