Hi! My preferred name is Max and I am a 19 year old looking for housing for some time as I am looking to move out of my abusive parents’ home (again). I don’t smoke and drink rarely (outside of the house with friends only) and I’m super quiet if needed but will warm up to people easily! I use he/him pronouns and am transmasculine! I study at Flinders and so would need to be able to get there semi easily. I can only move in in about a month and am willing to spend up to around 275$ with utilities included but 225$ without utilities a week plus a deposit/bond. I like crocheting and reading and writing, but can be a bit shy initially. I’m good with chores and can of course clean up after myself and help with chores!
