Hi! My preferred name is James and l am a neurodivergent 22 year old looking for housing preferably long term. I don't smoke and drink rarely (outside of the house with friends only) and I'm usually pretty quiet but do warm up to people easily! I use he/him pronouns and am transmasculine! I currently don’t study as I just moved to Sydney but hope to transfer to a university here and continue my course in chemical engineering. I also hope to gain employment here.
I can move ASAP and am willing to spend up to around $380 a week with utilities included but $330 a week without utilities a week plus a deposit/bond. I like a range of hobbies but at the moment, I read and code, as I don’t have my sewing machine with me anymore. I'm good with chores and honestly enjoy cleaning bathrooms and such. I also of course clean up after myself! I would prefer a private bathroom but I’m not too picky and this is definitely not a dealbreaker! I’d also like to know if the room is furnished or unfurnished, thank you for reading!
