Hi future housemate!

I am looking for a place around 5-10kms from the city. I work full time with 2 days from home, so after a quiet and calm household. I do drive so parking is a must. Pet is a plus although I don’t have any of my own. I am very tidy, clean and respectful of others property and privacy. For me home is a space I want to feel comfortable, safe and relaxed in. Ideally I prefer maybe 1 other housemate or 2 max. I am 33 and well over my party days, but I am very social and friendly and usually out brunching, or exploring or even away on weekends. I love hosting girl friends occasionally for a wine and dinner, so if that’s your vibe you are welcome to join in. I love cooking but can’t bear doing it everyday. I’ve a lot of experience in share housing and am still friends with over half of my previous housemates.

I am originally from Adelaide, but been living in Melbourne for nearly 10 years now. Need a fresh start with some new energy and hopefully more socialising opportunities with new people. I have bedroom furniture. Looking to move in about a month’s (mid May) time, but happy to arrange a catch up to see if we are a right fit.
