Hey there! I'm a 23-year-old international student from China, about to start my Master's in Nursing at Southern Cross University in January.

I'm currently looking for a room within an hour's commute to the university with good public transport. Ideally, the room should have a study desk, chair, and good natural light. I prefer living with all-female residents, no more than 3 people sharing bathroom and kitchen. A formal lease agreement is a must.

I enjoy a quiet living environment, spending most of my time in my room either studying or relaxing with Netflix when I at home. I don't drink, smoke, and lead a healthy lifestyle. While I don't have pets, I love cats and dogs. I respect others' privacy and am genuinely looking forward to a positive and friendly living experience with my future flatmates.
