I’m Elijah, 26yrs old, Health Conscious, self employed, running a health food brand & Eco friendly events. I’m very respectful & friendly. Non drinker, Looking for a quiet place to call home that’s a non party house. I am also Plant-Based so ideally would be in a vegetarian household yet I’m flexible as long as people are respectful of each other 🙏🏽

Ideally I’m looking for a self contained / granny flat situation yet I am also open to larger rooms in share houses that have plenty of space (ideally my own bathroom) my budget is $200-$350 week depending on the space.

I have an elderly border collie. He’s 13.5yrs old, very clean, friendly & sweet. Because of his older age after going for our regular daily walks he mainly just is happy to nap / sleep inside. Most of the time so I’d be wanting a place that is happy to have him inside. He gets along well with chill cats yet (he doesn’t like other dogs so I wouldn’t be able to join a space with a dog already) I’d be looking for a place for at least 6+ months.

Open to different suburbs. I will be without a car so my main priority is to be near parks & bikeways / public transport. Ideally south side Brisbane not too far from the M1 / city.

I’m looking for a place ideally by the end of November, earlier is preferable. Also open to Teamups to get a place.
