Maddy

Hey, my name is Maddy and I’m an actor/filmmaker and I am looking to relocate to Brisbane as soon as I can find the perfect place. I currently live on the Sunshine Coast but for more work opportunities I really need to be living in Brisbane. I am respectful of personal time and space and do my very best cleaning up and keeping things tidy. I also don’t mind a little socialising here and there.

I receive the disability pension, which provides a stable income, and I also pick up casual jobs when I can — something I’m really looking forward to doing more of in Brisbane.

Creativity plays a huge part in my life. I live a fairly quiet and independent lifestyle, and I’m always respectful of the space I’m in.

To me, a good flatmate is someone who’s respectful, clean in shared spaces, and easy to communicate with. I don’t mind if we’re super social or keep to ourselves — I think the main thing is being mindful of each other and creating a peaceful, positive home environment. I really value honesty, kindness, and a bit of mutual respect — everything else tends to fall into place with those things in place.

I’ll be moving with my five-year-old rescue dog, who is calm, well-behaved, and fully house-trained — he’s my best little companion.

Brisbane feels like the right next step for me, and I’m really excited to find a welcoming home where I can settle in and focus on my goals.
