Working full time and just started my own business , looking for a share house or team up to take on a lease for a house or townhouse. Easy going, down to earth and friendly. I respect people’s space and worry about keeping a place clean and tidy. I like to socialise and share a wine/drink occasionally. I enjoy cycling, hiking and sometimes going to the gym. I speak English and Spanish.
More than looking for a room I’m looking for a place in a homely space. Non smoker and allergic to Cats ( bad allergy)
Currently looking to move as soon as possible, but I'm flexible with the dates as my lease runs on a week to week basis.
Key things im looking for to rent a place:
Off street carpark
No cats ( I'm allergic)
Normal house. Not a party place ( I usually start my day at 5am)
