Hi! I'm a 31 year-old woman and I have just finished my PhD in Fine Art. I have also commenced full time work in a fixed term contract till end of the year. Looking for a place that is keen for me to stay till then with the option to extend pending work circumstances. Ideally that the place is less than half an hour to Southbank via public transport.

I am very considerate in keeping shared spaces clean and tidy. I do keep myself busy with work, gym and social events so home is mostly for me to recharge etc. I am independent and love my alone time but I do enjoy touching base from time to time. I value kindness and transparent communication in shared living situations.

I love all things creative: painting, dancing, singing etc.

Looking for a room with my own bathroom, as I also value privacy.
