I'm 29, bi, with a cat!

I'm pretty friendly and always up for a housemate chat, but do like my quiet time to crash after work and read and watch TV. I'm often out of the house in the evenings exercising and seeing friends.

I work full time for the government, mostly WFH so looking for an unfurnished room with enough space for a medium sized desk.

My cat Tabitha is indoor only but is very friendly. She'd probably be best suited to a house with one or no existing pets.

I've got some existing furniture and household appliances like a couch, fridge and washing machine, but happy to sell what's not needed.
