Hi there! My name is Valentina and I’m currently looking for a sublet of short-term rental around Brunswick, sometime between May and July/August. I’m 24yo and originally from Chile, although I’ve been living overseas for about six years (very house-trained!) I mostly work in hospitality and I like to spend my time off going for walks, at the park, playing with my hula hoop or doing arts and crafts. I consider myself a very friendly, easygoing flatmate; I tend to be respectful, tidy but not a clean freak, and i’m happy to contribute with the chores around the house:) I really enjoy a social environment and being able to hang out at home, watching a movie, some reality tv or going out for a drink, whilst also being able to have some space and downtime on my own. If you feel like I could be a suitable flatmate let me know, happy to do a couple of months or only a few weeks:)
