I’m looking for a fully furnished private room with off-street car parking around South West, Inner South East and Hawthron, Clifton Hill, Glen Iris.

A little about me: I’m 30 years old and originally from Peru 🇵🇪. I’m moving back to Melbourne after spending a year working on a dairy farm in Gippsland, Victoria.

I’m clean, tidy, friendly, and respectful of shared spaces. I’ll also be spending some time studying at home, so I’m looking for a spacious, well-lit room with plenty of natural light. Having a desk and chair in the room would be a big plus!

After a year of physically demanding farm work, I’m looking forward to focusing on my health, recovering and eating well for some holidays weeks. So I’ll be using the kitchen often to prepare my own meals. I’d love to find a home where everyone feels comfortable using the shared kitchen. 😊

What I’m looking for:

* Fully furnished private room
* Budget: Around $300/week, including bills
* Parking space (I have a car 🚗)
* Air conditioning and heater
* Clean, comfortable and well-maintained home
* Desk and chair would be ideal
