I am neat and clean. It's important to me that communal areas are tidy. I'm respectful and open-minded, and hope to find housemates with similar values.

I'm looking for a sharehouse or studio.
Preferably with my own bathroom, but I'm open to sharing.
I would ideally want a car spot, or off-street parking.

I'm waiting for a contract from a new job, should be starting within the next few weeks. I've just moved from the bush to my Dad's for the time being whilst I find a rental and start working.

I'm looking to move east or sth east of the city: Blackburn, Oakleigh, Moorabbin, Frankston and everywhere in-between.

At home I'll spend my free time doing crafts and playing PC games. I like fashion, art, animals, music, movies n shows, (short) hikes to pretty places, and the beach.
I like my own space but am not a total hermit.
I'm a smoker (outside), I drink occasionally.
I have a cat, he's 1 and a half. He's very friendly and confident. He comes when he's called and mostly poops outside, but he will also steal (or nibble) food that's left out.
He's great with other cats, he's fine with dogs if they aren't the type to chase him around.
Overall he's a very good boy.
