Hello!!

I’m moving to Sydney for work (in Events and Promotions in Radio) and looking to organise a room to rent ASAP, ideally furnished around $450 a week inc bills.

Am looking to move in February from Cairns, so I may need to do a virtual tour first if that’s possible!

Ideally around the eastern suburbs, somewhere pleasant, close to public transport, and nearby cafes would be great, and a sun-drenched room would be even greater !!

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me grabbing a morning coffee and heading out for a walk, at the gym, or making my way through my goodreads tbr list. I’m also really looking forward to making new friends and picking up a few new hobbies with this move in the new year!

I’m looking to live with one (maybe you??) or two others who are social, around a similar age (or at least at heart), but also appreciate their personal downtime.

I’m clean, organised, and like to keep the place feeling homely. Preferably looking for a place that is smoke and vape free.
