I'm a 32 year-old, single female who loves cooking. I don't mind socializing when i can but also love my quiet time. I am extremely clean and always considerate of every flatmate. I always pay my rent on time, I have a respectable income and believe that being able to respectfully communicate any issues leads to healthy resolutions. I don't smoke or own pets, and I don't have kids or have a partner. I really am the ideal housemate, i just haven't had to go back to share houses since i was 23. So, I'd love a home that is respectful, happy, comfortable, peaceful, and homely with a bit of fun and laughter
