Hello,
We are Simone, Joshua and Champ seeking a sublet from September 1st to November 1st. I work as a social worker in child and youth mental health, while Joshua is in hospitality. Champ is a Amstaff X who is well trained, a full time chiller, cuddler and beggar.
Both Joshua and I are seasoned housemate, we are respectful and genuine good company to be around.
We are looking to rent a room, granny flat or a studio for 1-2 months to give us time to find our own place.
