Nivetha

Hope all is well! My name is Nivetha, and I am from Canada :) I am enrolled in a four-year post-grad degree at UQ. I am looking for a place in Brisbane with a personal bathroom, AC and/or ceiling fan in room, and internet. I am hoping to lease a place starting Feb 11, 2026 (can do a bit earlier, but not later as my current lease ends the 12th!!). I would love a very serious, non-party, quiet environment as I will be studying mostly in my room after classes. However, down to chat here and there. I am looking for a 6-month lease, but might be willing to consider 12 months. I am looking for a place around St Lucia, Greenslopes hospital, RBWH - but open to anything near a bus route. Thank you!
