Hope all is well! My name is Nivetha, and I am from Canada :) I am in my second year of a four-year Doctor of Medicine program at UQ. I am looking for a place in Brisbane with a personal bathroom (or can also share with one other person), AC and/or ceiling fan in the room, and unlimited internet. I am hoping to lease a place starting Feb 9, 2026 or sooner. I would love a non-party/quiet environment as I will be studying in my room after classes. However, down to chat here and there. I am looking for a 6-12 month lease - willing to extend until the end of my degree if things work out! I am looking for a place around St Lucia, Greenslopes hospital, RBWH - but open to anything near a bus route. Thank you!
