Nivetha

Hope all is well! My name is Nivetha, and I am from Canada :) I am in my second year of a four-year Doctor of Medicine program at UQ. I am looking for a place in Brisbane with a personal bathroom (or can also share with one other person), AC and/or ceiling fan in the bedroom, and unlimited internet. I am hoping to lease a place starting around, but before, Jan 22, 2027. I would love a non-party/quiet environment and no couples (non-negotiables) as I will be studying in my room after classes. I am looking for a 6-12 month lease - willing to extend until the end of my degree if things work out (end of 2028)! I am looking for a place around RBWH - but open to anything near a bus route.
