Nivetha

Hope all is well! My name is Nivetha, and I am from Canada :) I am enrolled in a four-year post-grad degree at UQ. I am looking for a place near campus with a private bedroom, personal bathroom, AC, and internet. I am hoping to lease a place starting Feb 14, 2026. I would love a very serious, quiet study environment as I will be studying mostly in my room after classes. I keep to myself and do not party. I am looking for a 6-month lease, but might be willing to consider 12 months. Thank you!
