​Seeking Pet-Friendly Home! Working Professional + 8yo Staffy

Hey, I'm a 26-year-old Australian male and I work Full-Time as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer based at Amberley. My hours are 6am-4pm Tuesday to Friday.
​My ideal move-in date is January 19th, but I'm flexible to align with the right house. My budget is $400/week + bills.

​What I bring to the house:
​Lifestyle: I'm a good mix of social and reserved. Always happy for a chat, watch a movie, or a communal dinner, but I'm also very respectful of personal space and appreciate a quiet home environment.
​Home Habits: I am genuinely very clean and tidy and always pull my weight with chores (happy to follow a roster). I like mowing the lawn and cutting the hedges. I'm not a smoker.
​Hobbies: I spend my free time at the gym (weight training), and I can bring my adjustable bench and dumbbells if there's a space for them!

​About My Dog:
​I'm looking for a home that can welcome my best mate, an 8-year-old American Staffy named Chilli.
​He is very friendly, quiet, and well-behaved. He loves humans and is a relaxed older dog.
​I'd really like to find a place with a secure backyard where he can run around and chill out. I am committed to making sure he fits in perfectly and all house rules are followed.

​What I Can Provide:
​I have some great furniture and appliances that I'm happy to bring to contribute to the shared areas of the home, which can save us all money:
​Kitchen/Laundry: Near-new fridge, microwave, rice cooker, air-fryer, nutri-bullet, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, dyson vaccum and washing machine (All purchased this year).
​Shared Living: 3 seater Couch, TV, Dining Table and Chairs, Outdoor Setting, and 2x Bar Stools.

​Ideally, I'm looking for flatmates who are mature, financially stable, and also value a tidy, respectful, and friendly home environment.
​A secure garage space for my car and bike would be a big bonus, but I'm flexible if the rest of the place is a great fit!
