Hi my name Rob,

I am looking for either a share house or someone that wants to team up for a rental. I have all the furniture needed to setup a share house and by teaming up it will increase our rental budget to get a better place. I am already applying for places solo.

-Where: Thornbury, Preston, Brunswick, Fairfield, Coburg area (within 2km walking distance of a trainline as I work in Collingwood).

-When: I have to move before Jan 2026 at the latest, but I am ready to move now. I do not want a sublease, I dislike moving so don't want to have to do it again for a few years.

-Budget: ~$500 p/w

-Me: I design and build Escaperooms for work, with a background in IT, Cybersecurity. I like gardening, camping, animals, nature, music, making things, and I am a creative and a bit of a handyman. I also have a number of fun toys like 3D printers and enjoy helping creatives make things.

-Wants: I am after a quite'ish household with trustworthy tidy humans, I like to socialize in small groups and with house mates, but also like some personal space at times. I am not after a party house.
I like to tinker on small electronics so somewhere with a workshop or garage space would be a plus but not a deal breaker.

-Stuffs:I have the basic furniture's for a house (Kitchen/lounge/laundry/bedroom/office/workshop), much that I may put into storage or offload if not required.

-Pets: I have a 12yr old shy inside cat Coco who's hobbies include sleeping, sleeping and hiding under my bed. She is OK with other cats and smaller animals. I have also trained her to push buttons to communicate but all the communications so far is just asking for more treats.

I am very LGBTIQ+ friendly (you can't rule out the fun ones).
I am also very good with animals.
