I live an active lifestyle and enjoy keeping busy, whether that's getting outdoors, staying fit, catching up with friends, or exploring everything Sydney has to offer. I'm bubbly, easy-going, and social, but I also really value my downtime and appreciate a home that's relaxed, clean, and respectful.

I'm currently looking for either an unfurnished room in the Eastern Suburbs with a budget of up to $700 per week, or I'm open to teaming up with one or two like-minded people to find a great rental together. My timeline is quite flexible and I'm looking for a minimum 12-month arrangement.

As someone who works in real estate, I understand the importance of being a reliable tenant. I'm tidy, considerate, financially stable, and respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy a chat over dinner or a drink, but I'm equally happy doing my own thing and respecting everyone's personal space.
