Alright hate bios haha but - I’m a chill, clean, and respectful roommate who appreciates a tidy space, good vibes, and a home that actually feels like home. I’m sometimes funny (depends on who you ask), love games, movies, and nature, and.. bonus, I come with a cat. Not a party animal, but definitely not a hermit. I’ve got a fully furnished apartment and a cat (who is shy but loves a sneaky pet total mumma’s girl). I work from home, so I’m picky about good natural light, outdoor flow, and spots for the cat to spy on the world. Looking at Lower North shore, East, Manly, etc (literally anywhere decent if I’m honest). If I’m open to spending $700 solo, maybe someone in the same boat would be down to split and find an even better spot while saving some $$! Dream wish list would to have one other person and get a three bed so we could use as an office - I’m open to paying more for this
