Hi, I'm Ethan - a physiotherapist/client relationship/account manager who is transitioning into mortgage broking. I grew up in NZ and moved to Victoria around 10 years ago.

I work a hybrid role and would spend about 3 days WFH.

I've lived and currently live in a shared household. I'm pretty easygoing and like to keep things tidy and am reliable with rent and have a good rental history and references if required.

I usually spend my free time out and about - mostly keeping active and have a variety of interests. I run and play basketball socially, but enjoy other sports as well. I'm also into art, films, reading, music, boardgames and the occasionally opshop run.

I usually up for a chat and when I'm not out and about, and hoping for a relaxed vibe and environment. I'm not usually around most weekends as I'd be at my partner's.

I have proof that I'm no criminal in a form of a recent police check if this is desirable - just ask me for a copy :) I'm impartial about psychometric testing though but will give it a good crack.
