👋🏼 my name is Alyssa, i'm 25 and moved over to Sydney from NZ last year. since my current lease is ending, i'm looking to apply for a new 2-bed, 2-bath rental! i'm looking for someone to join me on a 12-month lease for a place in stanmore, petersham, lewisham, summer hill, dulwich hill or marrickville (open to discussion but would love to stay inner west). since its still quite early in the process, we'd be attending inspections etc.

💰budget: $450pp but v flexible!

🧍🏽‍♀️about me: I work full-time in the CBD as an acoustic engineer! in my free time i like listening to music, playing guitar, reading, cooking and being horizontal. I love coming home to a comfy + cosy + clean space at the end of the day and am want to make the space a home. keen to have lil tv/movie nights + up for a chats and am super respectful of alone time.
